Oti manor is the oldest baronial estate in Saaremaa and is located at the seaside in Oti village, in the rural municipality of Pöide. The building has a tiled roof, a full cellar, new windows and doors, oil heating system, five fireplaces and there is a security system installed; besides the hotel rooms and dining hall, there is also a modern kitchen, a library, a sauna, etc. The manor house complex is complemented by a three-storied stone building with a full cellar (673 m2; 29.402 m2 of land) which houses a former cement and pipe factory (sold with all the furnishing and the equipment).
Oti manor is located in the heart of Saaremaa and there are plenty of activities available in the vicinity both in summer and in winter. You can visit the Koigi Nature Preserve, professional ski trails, seaside beaches and historical sights. Kuressaare is 50 km from Oti and Orissaare is a mere 8 km away.
The historical manor complex can be transformed into an attractive holiday area in Saaremaa where people can take a break from the bustle of the city and enjoy the charm of this naturally beautiful region.
