We're in search of hotels, resorts, commercial or private land for sale. We are seeking to do Joint Venture with landowners. But we do not offer big upfront advance payments. But give big payments later on. We reward the Landowners handsomely for their patience. We have to market and pre-sell the units to the investors.
For example: If your land is $1,000,000 you get $1,400,000 when the constructions start, and that is our outright sale. In Joint Venture the landowner gets 90% on construction date and that is $900,000. Then he/she gets 5% of land/property price (50,000) every 12 months for 2 years and that makes the total of $1,000,000. On the opening day, the landowner gets 50% of the land ($500,000) and that brings it up to $1,500,000. In addition, the landowner gets yearly payments of 51% of the net income of running the hotel and that is, after the grand opening of the project

| Our property requirement is land for a hotel resort development. If within the town limits, then we need 5-10 Acres for a high rise 10 storey building. If outside the city limits, then we need 20-100 acres that would include a spa , fitness center, sports center, and golf course and spread out in a 2 Storey building. |
