Construction:
House as explain earlier is a modified Franseca Model, House was expanded and some smaller modefications were made to the original plans to optain the maximun use of the living area. Also the foundations of the house were modefied to California and Puerto Rico a standard of a 5.0 earthquake with additional 1 meter deep X and additional 24in wide with beams to hold the front with the back house foundation, as well as a double contantion wall ( inside riprap of 1mtr wide X 3.5(above ground mtrs( tall with 2.5 mtrs deep(below ground) House is build on a slop lot and street, so house Lot was fill after foundation was laid to the highest Level point in the lot.(so house stand above others and cant be overshadow unless a 4 or 5 stories bldg is build behind. (house behind reach to the floor of the 1st floor level of the house. No building above
House is painted in earth color(brown and beige with green trims) GI sheetings under waterproof CPAQ(french) concrete Factory painted tiles. Spanish and Italian tiles thru the house including bedrooms and bathrooms. One bathroom with HGC features and bathtub in master bedroom, all others bathrooms with American Standard features and all all have shower and are dry bathrooms, but ready with drain just in case.
