Time Allocation Rules
All costs quoted below are approximate Pounds Sterling and US Dollar values since the property is priced in Euros.
The time allocation cycle will run over two complete calendar years.
The lowest level of ownership that would give guaranteed time allocation is £32,000 ($59,000). This would entitle the share owner to stay at the villa for 1 week every two years (allocated randomly). Shares below this level (in units of £100 or $190) would entitle the owner to entry into a lottery to determine whether they are allocated a week or not. Each £100 share would give a 1 in 320 chance of being allocated a week.
If you were to own more than one £32,000 ($59,000) share you could either use them to be allocated more weeks (1 for each share) or increase the number of rooms that you are allocated in a single week. The villa has 11 bedroom suites so to have sole occupancy of the villa for 1 week would cost £352,000 ($659,000).
If your share entitles you to more than 1 week you can opt to split your weeks between the two years in the allocation cycle (making sure you can use the property each year).
If your share entitles you to 5 weeks use, you would be able to choose your weeks (1 from high season and 2 each from intermediate and low) over the 2-year period
If your share does not entitle you to sole use of the villa you will be entered into a draw for 1 random week of sole occupancy each year.
