The cottage and the olive press have individual title deeds but are being sold together by the present owner.

The cottage is set over one floor though does have a storage room in the cellar. There is no bathroom at the present time. The property is situated near the village of Castelo do Bode in central Portugal, which is close to the shores of the lake with the same name. The property has good countryside views, though not of the lake itself. The lake is a short walk from the property and from several cafes and bars.

The closest town to the property is situated at Tomar, which has both bus and train stations within walking distance of the property as well as cafe bars, restaurants, shops, banks, post office, museums, art galleries and schools.
