Hello.
We have for sale a lovely family home. The photos don't do it justice especially the space within the house and garden. The front of the property is very private, with a large mature hedge and plants which prevent you from being overlooked from outside. There is also a very large bay tree near the front door, which gives off a lovely smell. Thre is a mature grape vaine which grows at the front of the property and another larger vine at the rear of the property.
It is close to the local park, within easy walking distance of the town and within short walking distance of most of the town's schools.

There is also access to the loft from the landing.
Outside there is a fully enclosed large garden (83.25' x 139')with a garage and a small playhouse which will be staying.
There is a large lawned area and decking area which can accomodate a large table and seating for 9-10 people. There is access down the side of the garage to the back gates and there is a gate which leads to the outside of the property.
At the back of the property is a one way access road and a large allotment area and three arcs of bungalows which house elderly people.
It is a quiet, safe area with no trouble. We have no problems with noise.
The reason we are selling the property is a long distance move with my husbands job.
