Trinquet is built in one of Jijona's oldest streets. The name originated in the middle ages, when a form of hand tennis was played in this street. Because Trinquet lies against a rock slope, it has magnificent views of Jijona, the environment and the Mediterranean Sea. During summer, a soft breeze cools the street. In front of the house, parking space is available. A central staircase gives access to 9 rooms in total. Trinquet has a bathroom with toilet, a big kitchen, a living room and at least 5 bedrooms. Fifteen years ago, this house was completely renovated by modern standards for that time. The house can be lived in immediately and without any problem.
