A beautiful log cabin in the heart of Finnish Lapland, built in 1995. The cabin has 160 m2 (1700 sq. ft) of internal floorspace on two floors.
From the terrace you enter the cottage. Walking in there is a hallway, which leads to the fireplace room which has a large Nunnauuni fireplace.
This in turn leads to a lounge and then dining room area. There is a kitchen with all appliances. In addition there is a downstairs shower room with connected sauna.
Upstairs there is a large landing area, with main family bedroom with private balcony. There is an upstairs WC with a large guest bedroom.
Both of these bedrooms could be split to make 4 bedrooms (depending on planning permission).
There is a separate garage suitable for one car.
Waste water is via the normal communal mains drainage system.
The cottage comes with 2000 m2 of it's own land.
