West Parley is a lovely area of Ferndown with its own community spirit and amenities. Surrounded by Green Belt land this is lovely place to live with all the modern conveniences available around our area, but still just far away enough to provide that semi rural feeling of countryside. Church Lane being the perfect balance of both. Good bin collections and good recycling collections and good post service are in operation. Security The house has its own maintained house alarm with additional security features - some of which we cant mention here for obvious reasons. Out buildings are also secure. Inside the house there are plenty of smoke alarms with a linked system in the hall and landing area. The area is considered quiet with an active neighbourhood watch scheme. Pubs There is a wonderful pub at the end of the lane and 4 others all within walking distance and serving good to excellent food. Pubs, Inns and Dinning Establishments include: The Curlew - At the end of the Lane with a good reputation for food and comfort. The Horns - Good Menu and fair prices, recently refurbished with a modern but tastefully warm feel. The Dudsbury - New management with now some of the best food in the area. The Dudsbury - Award winning superior Golf Club. Prestigious. Nice club. Parley Golf Club and Range. Good value. Good facilities and fair. Ferndown Golf Club. A bit more exclusive with three courses. Used for TV shows, ProAm and ProCeleb. Within 5 minutes walk - community centres, church halls, village hall, village green, exclusive ladies gym Within 5 to 10 minutes by car: Aviation Museum Alice In Wonderland Park Dry Ski Slope and Club The New Forest Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch Well what can we say here.
