A door from the Entrada leads to the outdoor covered and part open patio area. This has many opportunities and provides a beautiful courtyard feel. Underneath the courtyard is a water tank for mountain water (this could easily be turned into a dip pool). This area also has a shower room with washbasin. The Patio has around 4 hours of sunshine during the day and is a lovely sun trap. It would be very easy to convert the covered part of the terrace into a higher level balcony with access from the 2nd floor.
