This house was originally the birthplace of Karl Heinrich Waggerl and has been a bed and breakfast pension with 6 double bedrooms and 2 apartments as well as a restaurant with approx. 70 seats for the last years. This real estate was built from the famous architect Angelo Comini in 1887. He was one of the greatest builders in the years 1891 to 1912. To mention just a few examples he has built the hotels “Europäischer Hof”, the “Hotel Straubinger”, the “Hotel Weismayr”, the hunting seat Czernin and the mansion of Dr. Schider.

The layout of this house is perfect. Beside the hall / main entrance you find an office, 2 thermal water spas, a toilet, and the stairs up to the left hand side wing. On the right side of the hall are the ski store room, 2 woman toilets, 1 man toilet with 2 bidets and the coatrack. The guestroom next to these rooms offers seats for about 70 guests. The bar at the end of the restaurant area invites the people to have their nightcap.

Further more rooms at the ground floor are the kitchen, the sink unit, the refrigerating storage house, the delivery entrance as well as the stairs to the basement.

At the first floor, above the restaurant there is one of the apartments. This apartment is splitted into 1 bedroom, a big living room with balcony, a kitchen, bath and toilet. At the first floor you find 4 double bedrooms with shower or tub and toilet and at the top floor you find an apartment with 2 bedrooms, living room with kitchen and dinette and wood burner as well as a bathroom with tub and toilet. Karl Heinrich Waggerl was born 1887 in one bedroom of this apartment.

The basement, which was the ground floor some years ago (built in the hillside situation) offery 2 more double bed rooms with shower and toilet and a marvellous view over the river “Gasteiner Ache”. You also find different storage rooms, the oil central heating room with tank and the engineering for the solar heating system.
