The village, entirely for sale, comprises 7 buildings (see image #2) subdivided into 11 functional parts (houses, hay-lofts, stables), built between 14th and 19th century: 1-Hay-loft; 2-House (originally two-storied, now ruined); 3-Stable and hay-loft; 4-House (three-storied); 5-Stable and hay loft (see image # 3); 6-House (two-storied, see image # 4); 7-Hay-loft; 8-Stable and hay-loft; 9-House (two-storied); 10-House (three-storied); 11-Oven and wood-store.
All buildings are built with local stone, not plastered except building # 4 and #10, and they are in bad conditions (complete restoration needed), except #10. Building # 2 is ruined. Some of the buildings show architectonic elements dating back to the Middle Ages, worthy of the most careful restoration.
The village is situated on a hill, in a very sunny spot, and it is surrounded by 20,000 square meters (5 acres) of private land (fields and woods), as it can be seen in image #5 (based on the map from the italian Land Office).
The property would be ideal for developing into a tourist resort, as it was yet authorized by the local Town Council, but it could also be transformed into a very private residence, being the village (streets and squares included) completely for sale.

The village is 50 miles from Bologna, 110 miles from Florence, 120 miles from Milan. |
