This house requires some renovations including floors and drywalling etc. I do not have the finances to renovate now so would like to sell as a "fixer upper". This is a great starter home for a small family. This house also makes for a great rental property as thats what it was to me. Plattsville is a quiet and peacefull town in southern Ontario located directly between Kitchener and Woodstock. The town consists of approx. 1200 people. There is a public school for grades jk to eight and a christian school aswell. Their are high schools in the area accesible by a half hour school bus ride. The town has an arena for hockey and figure skating aswell as a curling rink. There are two churches here, Missionary and United. Shops consists of a restaurant open for breakfast lunch and dinner, the local Pub and Grill, New Orleans Pizza, the general store and a CIBC bank. This is a wonderfull town to raise a family in or for anyone who likes to be close to the larger centers but far enough away for a quiet country setting.
