The property is located in the Athens suburb of Paiania, at the foot of Hymettos Mountain (300 m. height). It is just 10 minutes drive from Athens (El. Venizelos) airport and 15 minutes drive from Athens city centre; due to the proximity to Attiki Odos (ring road of Athens). School at 300 m. Banks, markets etc at 600 m. Paiania (Peania) is a quiet little town in the countryside at only 15min from Athens centre. Paiania is known for its green meadows and hills which are a walker's or cyclist's paradise. There is a large network of little country roads and mountain paths for those who like to be outdoors. It is located in East Attica in Messogia Valley, at the East side of Hymettos mountain. The property is in fact at the foot of Hymettos mountain, at the edge of the reserved natural area of Hymettos coniferous forest, in an absolute calm and unspoilt environment.
