The home is in a retirement park and is on leased land. 200 a month pays, taxes,roads plowed and taken care of, water,mail delivery,garbage pickup and land rent. It also covers the use of the community hall where we hold pot lucks, dances,play cards and also play pool.
we have a 14 x 15 foot sunroom with a gas fireplace for those Winter nights and a patio door out to the deck for the summer BBQs.

| The area is beautiful, Bayfield Ontario is on the internet for you to see. It is on the shores of Lake Huron. boating, fishing, hunting. or my favourite, sitting on a quiet beach with a book.There are small stores and many restaurants from fine dining to pub fare. There are two hospitals, Doctors, Dentists Chiropractors, Malls, a huge YMCA and also a small but nice casino all with a 10 to 15 minute drive.we will stay in the area but have to downsize due to illness of my husband. |
