| this is a great buy for one hundred and fifty thousand..shetlands prices are considerably lower than the main land but have been increasing since the airport at sumbrugh has increased its size.
the property is in good decoration inside but the garden is scruffy .It has its own pier with a lovely stoney beach..a stable and field. A large walled garden. seaviews from most rooms. I would never have sold but for a happy move to marry on another island.
