We are 30 mins from the National Stud at the Haras Du Pin which holds regular competitions - jumping, dressage, driving, showing plus stand First Class Stallions at stud at very reasonable fees. Some members of staff speak English

We are two minutes ride ( along quite small road ) from the National Forest of Moulins-Bonsmoulins which provides hours of excellent, safe riding. The forest must be approx 20 - 30 sq kilometres . There is also plenty of quite small road/lane riding with very little traffic.

The Farrier is our neighbour to the west - young man and excellent both at shoeing and with the horses

Equestrian Centre is out neighbour ( ½ kilometre north of us ) with outdoor school tuition , schooling, forest picnic rides and annual show. They will look after my horses on my land when I go on vacation. They are currently constructing an Indoor School which will be available for hire - for schooling on those wet, cold winter days.

Vet - Specialist Horse only practice with all skills and equipment befitting this area of the horse. - 10 Mins away. Also labs and AI available at the National Haras du Pin.- Excellent small animal vet at L’Aigle which I personally recommend - English speaking

This property is in a NC ( Non Constructible ) area so there is no threat of any new houses being built nearby - extensions are allowed to excisting houses with planing consent.
