Basement consists of five rooms with tiles floor and paperwalls, half of it is under ground, half is above the ground. One of the rooms is used as a store with many shelves for meal goods as it is colder, second room is a boiling and central-heating place and the rest three rooms could be used for living. They have windows, four beds, two big wardrobes and one smaller wardrobe, few deep-frizer fridges and etc. These rooms can easily be renovated and turned to a mini spa-center: there can be installed a sauna, steam bath, jacussy room; or a cinema room according to your preferences. First floor consists of official entrance hall with stairs and place for oil bellow; another entrance - stairs /place for firewoods bellow/ to one big windowed brekfast/tea terrace connected with the living room; enormoughs living room; kitchen and WC. There is entrance to the garages with shelves, special car-inspection place below the parking space. The huge living room is like a ball-hall: with the fireplace with two swinging-chairs and a tea-table with benches, bar with bar-chairs, three big wooden tables with wooden chairs for 16 or more people, big TV, professional music audio system, many green plants and decoration. It is very appropriate as for special occasions, family dinners and celebrations, as for nice spent daily time. All eight windows look to the garden and provide good day sunlight. Under the windows there are special wooden flower stands with many plants which oxygenate the space and relax the look. There are many lamps on the walls and three big luster chandeliers on the ceiling. There are woodenworks from the floor till the middle of all walls in the living room and above it the walls are insulated with “Depron” and painted in special white parget, which makes it very cosy and pleasant. The flooring is with black&white classic tiles, easy to be cleaned and nice to walk and dence on it. You will just love to watch the fire in the modern french fireplace “Deville” while you enjoy the swinging-chairs, the small round tea table or sitting at the bar and having a drink. Furthermore, the fireplace is special safe-energetic one which keeps the room always warm even in the cold winter and you can prepare really fantastic roasted on the fire steaks for dinner, which all guests will remember. You can really feel free while you are there, as the atmosphere is just great especialy when you are with friends and people who you love. The kitchen is very well equiped with stove, extractor fan, washing mashine, fridge, many shelves, big sink and wash-basin, plates, glasses, pots, frying pots and pans, table with three chairs, grill, microwave and many cuting machines. The big windowed-terrace with its plastic white table and comfort chairs soon will become your favorite place for summer breakfast, afternoon tea or evening dinner or party. This floor doesn’t need much refreshing and you will surely going to like it very much. Second floor consist of corridor; furnished kitchen /shelves, sink and wash-basin, plates, glasses, pots, pans, table, etc./ with separate balcony on the north-side and a common terrace on the west-side; a dining room with table for six or more people; living room with big sofas and little tea-table, bookshelf, cable TV, terrace common with the kitchen on south-west-side; bathroom with tub, WC and addittional boiler for hot water; additional WC and laundring machine room; one bedroom with two separate beds, wardrobe, desk, mirror, cable TV and cd-player, common with the second bedroom terrace on the east-south-side; second bedroom with double bed, mirror-desk, wardrobe, dresser and a common terrace on the east-south-side. There are white plaster lounges on the terraces appropriate to relax in the summer and enjoy the sun. The floor is suitable and completely sufficient for one family with two children. The flooring is tiles in all rooms with nice Persian carpets above, the walls are well insulated with “Depron” and wallpapers above. The furniture is mostly wooden. It needs a bit renovation, but easy can be refurnished, refreshed and turned to really good modern place for living. Third floor is recently renovated according to the modern fashion trends. It consist of corridor, well equipped kitchen /stove, extractor fan, fridge, shelves, sink and wash-basin, plates, glasses, pots, frying pots, table with two-three chairs, etc./ with separate balcony on the north-side and a common terrace on the west-side; a dining room with table for four or six people; living room with two big sofas and little tea-table, bookshelf, cable TV, terrace common with the kitchen on south-west-side; bathroom with tub and WC; additional WC and laundring machine room; one bedroom with two separate beds, wardrobe, desk, mirror, cable for cable TV and common with the second bedroom terrace with table and chairs on the east-south-side; second bedroom with double bed, mirror-desk, wardrobe, dresser and a terrace with white plaster table and chairs. The inside doors are new wooden and modern, there are many special decorations as well/special lamps, swiches and plugs, etc/, the furniture is wooden. It is very nice to live here and you can enjoy the sunrise above the sea and the sunset from the two big terraces round the house. Third floor is also suitable and completely sufficient for one family with two children. Fourth floor consists of corridor; well equipped kitchen /stove, extractor-fan, fridge, shelves, sink, plates, glasses, pots, table, two chairs/; bathroom with tub; separate WC and laundring machine room; north balcony with great view to the forest and sea; one flue bedroom with double bed, mirror-desk, wardrobe, dresser and a common with the second bedroom terrace; second flue bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, armchair, book-shelf, cable TV, inside bathroom with a shower, common terrace, additional expansive bed; on both sides of the bedrooms there are two small premisses with very flue ceilings, which can be used mostly for stores – at the moment one ot them is a store and the bigger one is a library: many shelfs with about 2000 books, chairs and table where you can sit quiet and read. You can also get on the roof from this premise through a hatch. The terrace is sought exposed with great sea-view and whole-day sunlight. The flooring is tiles in all rooms with nice Persian carpets above, the walls are well insulated with “Depron” and wallpapers above. The furniture is mostly wooden. It needs just a bit renovation to be turned to more modern place for living. The beautiful garden consists of green-grass-yard; green pine trees around the fence; a few flower gardens; covered barbeque with wooden tables, chairs and benches; cradle; inflate pool for the summer /or enough space for constant out-door swimming pool/; a few trees /apple, apricot, fig/; dog house and natural-stones tiled parkig area. During the summer it is great to walk on the grass, to play football or federball, to spend more time outside. The barbeque is wonderful for family or friends meetings and dinners, especialy when the night falls and the crickets start to sing together with the birds below the stars.

Also very interest place around is “Aladja monastery” all of woods, pine-trees and fields for picnic.
