I have a business of sure success, experience and I’m surrounded by people with proven knowledge in the sector of wellness, and are in the conditions to concretely realize the project.
My project consists in acquiring an old castle in disuse, some ruins of about 8.000 mqs. of surface, surrounded by about 140 hectares of ground, set on a rich hill of thermal sources, right in the heart of Tuscany.
I would like to realize the more stately Beauty Farm of Europe, a truth Center Wellness, with 20.000 mqs. of thermal and salty pool, such things do not exist in the world !!!
Many have the money, but don't have experience, this is the result of the beauty farm actual !!
Observe well, they are sumptuous hotels but alone beauty the name !!
A financial operation included the equipments of about 50 million of Euro, a structure of 90 rooms for 150/180 daily presences, packets from 600 Euro overnight stay included, a billing from 40/45.000,00 thousand Euro a day, there are figures that can be found in complexes of inferior dimensions, structures that for figures a few inferior there offer scarce services and most as extra.
