Wheelhouse
The 20ft x14ft wheelhouse has French double doors and double glazed windows to offer exceptional views of Canary Wharf, the O2, and the marina. The wheelhouse is currently used as an entertaining area with raised stainless steel dining bar, 4 bar stools, 2 day beds, and a wine rack holding 100 bottles of wine. (Wine, subject to negotiation)
Living Room
Situated downstairs past the wine rack set within one side of the staircase into an enormous open plan kitchen, dining room and sensational lounge.
The kitchen has utilities such as a modern American fridge freezer in keeping with the boats high standards. The solid wood dining table seats 6 with fisherman lighting hanging above. These reflect off the circular mirror at the end of the table.
The American L-shape sofa and noguchi style coffee table continue the standards for this boat. A red egg chair stands next to the wood burning stove. The wood burning stove can be used, but there is full central heating throughout the boat and 4 radiators in the living room alone.
Accommodation
The main bedroom has a super king size bed. One side of the room is dedicated to storage for clothes and shoes. This room has a porthole.
The second bedroom is at the front of the boat and the whole room curves around the bow of the boat. The double bed is fitted to the shape of the bow of the boat and has storage underneath and a custom made mattress. This bedroom has a walk in wardrobe. A skylight adds plenty of natural light.
Bathroom
The bathroom has a solid oak storage unit with circular sink, toilet and shower with a massage function.
Exterior
Forward, whose exterior has been freshly painted in September 2009 in the traditional colours of blue and cream, has three main areas for use outside. The back of the boat has an area which there is currently a BBQ. The very front of the boat has an area for a sunlounger where there is currently a hammock, and the main entrance has a patio area with a table and seating for four. At night, subtle lighting can be turned on which traverses along the length of the vessel.
Engine
The original engine runs perfectly. It is a Lister JP3 3 cylinder diesel engine, rated at approx 35 Hp in excellent condition. The boat has been out at sea under her own steam, and is frequently started. Fuel tank capacity is approx 240 gallons in two tanks. The engine room has space for storage or for utility goods.
Hull
The hull was jet washed, blacked and new anodes fitted when the boat was last out of the water in August 2009. The whole of the hull has been spray-foamed to a minimum of three inches on the walls and the ceilings, giving excellent insulation throughout.
