As to the location, the villa is tucked in a green and peaceful corner, cocooned by cypress, walnut and olive trees. Plus, it's only about a five minute walk down to the Blue Flag-winning St Nicholas Beach - so you'll be smoothing on the suncream in no time. Of course, you may just want to stay put and relax by your private pool. And the generous terrace is the perfect spot for meals en masse. All in all, this is a delightful property.

Alemar lux Aprt is self contained. From the covered patio the entrance leads into a large open sitting/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The double bedroom opens on to the patio which provides as lovely cool shaded outside dining area looking the main swiming pool.

From here the entrance leads to a high ceiling'd open sitting/dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom leads off from the kitchen and is fitted with shower/bath, WC and washbasin. A spiral staircase leads up to a galleried area with two joining single beds and a wardrobe and chest of drawers. The decor is tastefully designed, combining natural materials in a modern style with care and attention to detail.
