By local minibusses which are passing every few minutes from the main road, is Kusadasi very easy to reach.

From the beginning untill the end, the construction of the villas will be controlled trough an independent cousellor firm.
There will be 1 architect, 1 construction engineer, 1 electrical engineer and 1 machine engineer availible for the controll of the confirmed projects and list of conditions for earthquakes.
The villas will be buidt on a Turkish traditional and modern architectural way.
The main construction of the villa will be of reinforced concrete, and the outside part will be covered up with strong supplement paint for rain and cold.
The fundaments of the villas will be isolated for water and moisture.
The in and outside walls of the villas will be isolated for sound and heat by gass concrete (YTONG) or something like this.
All the rooms, living and dining rooms etc. will be covered first with a kind of gypsum and then will be painted with nice colorpaints.
All the floors in de villas will be covered with 1. class of ceramics.
All walls of the bathrooms and toilets and loom of the kitchens will be covered with 1. class decorative tiles.
In all the kitchens, baths and toilets will be used 1. class of instuments (tap etc.)
All electric cables and instruments (plugs, sockets, etc.).
All those will be in the convenient standard of TSE (Turkish Standard Institute)
For the heating systems of the villas, there will be pipes and central heating mounted. (heating gain is optional)
For the airconditioning system, there will be pipes mounted in all rooms, and in the living room on the basement floor will be mounted one peace og 24.000 BTU aircondition.
The gardens will be between 450 and 550 m2.
All gardens will be copletely covered with grass and a 50 m2 will be divided by a stone wall, luxury plants or flowers.
There is a private swimming pool area reserved in the garden. Swimming pool construction is optional. Price is 10.000 Euro.
Pricing, payments and construction extensions:
The villa cost: 200.000 Euro per villa.
Deposit: 10%.
With selling agreement 30% (with advocate Turkish, Russian, English)
After payed the 30% the 2. payment can started after 2 months.
The rest will divited in 12 months equal payments.
When the payment has been done for 85%, the tapu will be gived to the new house owner.
The construction will be starting about march 2006.
And will be finished in april 2007.
