This is a 2 bedroom stylish apartment with absolutely stunning views to the beach and the city center . The apartment consists of one master bedroom with bathroom en suite and 1 additional room with 2 beds. 2 persons can sleep at the sofa bed in the livingroom. One bathroom in addition. We accept up to 6 persons in the apartment. All rooms are air conditioned.
Big balcony towards the sea and another balcony towards the city.
Living room has a sofa bed and a small sofa and 1 chair. Dining table with six chairs. Satelite TV ( DIRECT TV ).
Kitchen: kitchen range with four cookers, microwave oven, coffee maker, fridge with small freezer, oven, sufficient dishes etc. four six persons.
Pool and sun terrasse at 2. floor and guarded parking in the basement. For a very low price extra cleaning and laundry service are available during the stay.
24 hours service at the reception desk at ground floor
The Bella Vista Beach is 50 m. from the apartment. The famous discotec Moscito is also near by. The condo is situated at the beginning of the great shopping street: Avenida Santiago Merino and only a short stroll from the other shopping street: Avenida 4. de Mayo.
Porlamar offers international shopping at excellent prices in the city center, and at the commercial center Sambil. You can also visit the local marked Conejero where the locals buy everything at very low prices.
The Porlamar night life is very vibrant, and you have a big range of good restaurants .
