Skyros is the largest of the North Sporades islands in Aegean Sea. Next to Evia, approximately 150km north east of Athens, it can be accessed by both air and sea. The property is located halfway between the main port (Linaria) and the main town (chora) of Skyros. Its distance from either is 5 km, while the island’s airport is 5 more kilometres further out of chora. Being on a small hill, the house has both mountain and sea view. The beach, marina, shops and tavernas are all within walking distance.
The millhouse was built in the early 90s. It has been designed in traditional Aegean style and was developed according to the EU building regulations.
