NEAT LITTLE HOUSE FOR SALE SPAIN COSTA DE LA LUZ

The house is approx 30 years old, has 2 bedrooms, a lounge with a study / dining area, bathroom and kitchen.  There is a wood-burning stove and a gas-boiler.  Outside it has a mature garden which is easily maintained as well as a small veggie-patch and a separate enclosed area where we put the pool in summer and have barbecues in winter.  The front terrace is paved and covered and there is plenty of room to dine “al fresco” on calm summer evenings.  Around the back there is a tool-shed, a well-established grape-vine offering shade and delicious grapes in summer, there’s also an orange tree and a mandarin tree.  There is outside parking available and it’s very safe – we often leave doors open and unlocked.  All the main services are connected:  water, electricity, telephone and dial-up internet, it has all the proper legal paper-work.
