This house is a rare combination of all the well-known quality features of comfortable living. A century long tradition of interlock building method is combined with modern construction knowledge and achievements.

Ground source heating system as the source of energy is now coupled with
a circular water floor heating system, which stores heat and releases is through the whole base floor tiling and the 60 cm thick brick wall casted with the interlock method.

As the room temperature rises smoothly and also warms up the wall structures no disturbing draught is created. All other kinds of separate heating sources like radiators create indoor air streams and the disturbing feeling of draught due to the
