Whittlesey is a small market town approx 4 miles east of the vibrant city of Peterborough. Railway station connects to Peterborough and Ely and has direct services to London and Stansted Airport. Also frequent bus services to Peterborough. Small shopping area in Whittlesey with convenience stores, local butchers/greengrocers and cafes. Peterborough is the main shopping centre for the region containing all the major high street stores and the large Queensgate centre.
