This house was completely updated inside in 2005. Updates include adding hardwood floors in kitchen, dining, foyer and hallway. New carpet was installed in the bedrooms and the family room. Blinds were all replaced with 2” Faux wood blinds throughout the house.  In 2007 new double hung “Vinyl Max” Energy Star Argon filled vinyl windows with  Low  E Coating were installed (windows have a limited lifetime transferable warranty), all exterior wood was covered with aluminum, garage entrance door and frame were replaced. New garage door opener was installed, pull down stairs added in garage to allow access to attic for storage and garage door was insulated. Florida Room is equipped with a wall mounted air conditioner/heat pump unit plus a Vent less gas heater was added to Florida Room for emergency heat. Insulation was added under the entire house, additional lighting was added in crawl space, crawl space entrance doors were added and an additional 38 gallon electric hot water heater was added in the crawl space.
Existing creek rock patio was removed and replaced with concrete, sidewalk was added from driveway to front porch, driveway was replaced with additional parking space added and the front porch was replaced.

Fontaine is a very quiet neighborhood occupied primarily by the over 50 age group. Three out of four of my close neighbors are retirees. 
Based on the Rector Hayden report when I purchased the home in November of 2005 the house has approximately 2208 square feet of living space.  Home built by Palmer Construction, a local contractor, in 1993. Alan Ware was the original owner, then Mary Layne owned for 4 years and we purchased in November of 2005.  The Florida room installation was by Champion and was installed  when Mr. Ware owned the house and Mrs. Layne had a new dimensional roof installed while she lived there.
