• Is 91.02m² with balcony overlooking the pool, hallway, two large bedrooms, bathroom, spacious living/dining room and kitchen area.

• Both bedrooms are spacious and each have a large double bed, wardrobes, chest of drawers, mirror, 2 night tables and large windows with views of the hills behind Sunny Beach. We also had a travel cot in each room when we went last year and still had plenty of space.
• Fully tiled and equipped bathroom with shower cubicle.
• Living/dining room has a large sofa which folds out into a double bed (spring action), Cable TV, Telephone connection and Wireless internet, Radio/CD player, coffee table, dining table and chairs. One end of the apartment is taken up by a massive window with patio doors leading out onto the balcony. There is an amazing view from here of the rest of Sunny Beach and the swimming pools on the complex.
• Kitchen is fully equipped with hob, microwave oven, sink, fridge, toaster, coffee maker and all eating and cooking utensils. 
• Apartment is fully equipped with everything from lamps, bedding and towels to clothes airers and pots and pans. We are happy to include all soft furnishings etc in the price - or will pass them on to friends in complex if you'd prefer to take/buy yr own.
• Apartment can sleep 6 people with the two double beds and sofa bed but there is enough room to have another sofa bed in the living room and even a single chair bed in each of the bedrooms without taking up to much space so there is potential to accommodate more.

Sunny Beach has everything you could possibly want for a holiday and more! Activities for kids - fair rides, go kart driving, horse riding to the 2 fantastic aqua parks to water sports, fishing trips even bungee jumping for those who dare!

The 8km blue flag sandy beach is only 5-10 min walk away. Nearest airport is Bourgas with transfer time only 20 minutes or there is Varna airport taking about an hour along the coast road. Less than a minutes walk from the complex is Sunny Beach’s largest supermarket selling fruit and vegetables, hot chickens, baby food & nappies, toiletries, stationary, clothes, beers, and the essential buckets and spades.

We bought the apartment off-plan a few years ago from a very good company who have delivered on everything we have asked them to and have built several other complexes in Sunny Beach. They provide an excellent management service and provide additionals like taxi’s, cleaning, laundry, car rental etc.

We had a great family holiday last year and wish we didn't have to sell.

We have the deeds, bulstat cards etc with us and there is no outstanding payment on the property.
