We also have access to and can arrange viewings for properties that are in other agencies' portfolios, enabling us to act as a single-point-of-contact for all your housing and relocation needs.

Properties are offered both furnished and unfurnished and range in price starting from around 500 USD per month. Our office is in Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam), however we also represent properties in other cities in Vietnam such as Danang and Hanoi.

Flexible viewing times

We offer flexible and convenient viewing times, including evenings and weekends when necessary. We work when it is convenient for you in order to provide maximum viewing opportunities

We do not charge any registration fees or contract costs, and only charge a brokerage commission once a rental contract has been successfully negotiated and finalized


Protection from rogue traders

We ensure that our owners are bona fide and that property agreements conform to strict Vietnamese regulations. We provide a clear and balanced rental agreement that offers rights and protection to both owners and tenants.


Clear and structured process

We have a highly-structured and clear rental process, so you always know what to expect and what we will deliver. We make clear agreements and have no hidden costs or fees. Our process ensures that we adhere to complex Vietnamese regulations and do not compromise your rights as a tenant or those of a property's owner.


Ongoing tenant support

During your tenancy our dedicated rental consultant is available for questions and to help resolve issues. We can field complaints and help mediate with your landlord on your behalf.
