It has a total surface of about 45 square metres: a cooker, a little bedroom near a wide bathroom, and a wide common space to obtain a little dining room/living room, a little gym-room (as you can see in the photo, where there is a tapis-roulant) and a little bedroom if necessary. It is very bright thanks to the wide windows and the mirrors (they are very useful to make the spaces wider to the human eye) it has: you can see all this in the photos. There is a little terrace too where you can see all the beautiful mountains that are all around the location. In the mansard you also have many hidden spaces to store you personal things and to use as closet/store room. You can enjoy a very wide garden and a very nice parking, they both in common with others co-owners of the entire building. You also have a personal cellar to store your stuff.
