Luxury small palace with 243m2 living space plus the surrounding yards around make 294m2 in total. It is like a palace, one of a kind in the area of Kratovo, a small mountain town in Republic of Macedonia. The place is with clean environment, no pollution, ecologically clean site, (for more info for the town please follow the link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kratovo%2C_Republic_of_Macedonia ) At the entrance of the town, on Vrshnik Hill, which is considered as the newest location with new houses, my palace is different of all others. With its unique and strong built-in materials of the finest actually like the bricks, stones and the sand naturally made from the near river, mortar. Moreover, the oldest civil engineer in this area has constructed this palace, which has unique view of the football stadium of Kratovo. The windows are double glassed windows, and from the inner side they are made of fine wood, and their outer look is aluminum, with golden strips with half round shapes at the top. The outdoor steps are preferably planned to be lightened with solar lights, all the way to the entrance door, where in the very lobby is a small fountain that needs to be projected (the installation for it is already set up), and the fountain is reflected on the mirrors of the inner side of the three merging windows. The bathroom is with luxury jacuzzi, and on the right side is the cabinet room projected for business guests and private meetings. On the five stairs forward is the living room, the guest room space, the dinning room and the kitchen. They are in one space that is surrounded with the largest terrace from the forefront side, and another two from the other two sides. There is a possibility to have a fireplace (installation has been projected). The stairs above continue to the first bedroom, another small terrace, and bathroom with a tub and laundry place for the washing and dry machine. The third row of stairs then lead to the two other bedrooms that are having a terrace with the back door view and a large guest bedroom separated by another bathroom. The moving stairs lead to the huge loft that has enormous place to store all the old necessities of one’s household. The garage is designed for two vehicles for parking and another in the yard. Behind it, there is the utility room for the very own private steam heating, which can be on oil (due to the private tank of 1ton burried in the yard). Also there’s a possibility to heat the house on electricity (air conditioners or firewood). The right way leads to, what I call this space, my summer kitchen, where you can have one nice set of mixed kitchen and small living room). On the left of this hall is the huge cellar where you can keep a lot of things, and even it can serve as a wine basement due to its construction conditions. All the necessary installations (water, electricity, sewage etc) are installed in. The court, which has big forefront with two levels of yard; one is upper than the other and is perfect in summer days while enjoying under the sun. All in all, due to the fact that I have decided to study abroad, I will not return to live in this place. This is my little palace and I decided to sell it to someone who would like to complete it with nice furniture and make a great luxury living in this quiet mountain place.
