Detached stone house in the Brecon Beacons National Park fully restored in 1999. Large gardens appox 1/4 acre.stc.
The river Giedd runs at the back of the house with fish in the river and fishing rights that go with the house.
The house is small ideal as a holiday home or with plenty of room for extension if required for permanant use,there are only 4 houses here (all of which have been extended) and it is nice and quiet.
The area is very rural but only 20/30 mins drive into the heart of Swansea with all its shops etc. the small town of Ystradgynlais is only a short 5 min drive away.with the usual shops a small community hospital library, etc.
We are on the start of the walks thru the Brecon Beacons and the surrounding woods.If you would like photos please email and I will send cant seem todownload them.
