REDUCED FOR QUICK SALE
This is a lovely three bedroom family home in a remote, countryside location which is ideal for those wishing to ‘get away from it all’ but like the idea of being somewhere with good transport links for easy reach of airports, ski resorts and amenities. Winter snow is guaranteed in this area but the roads are always well maintained allowing all year access. The property stands in its own lawned gardens, with large wooden barn to the rear of the property (in need of renovation if to be used) which is further backed by forest. To the front of the property, views over the valley, nearby lakes and neighbouring forests make up the view. There are neighbours either side, about 50m away from the house itself, with a further ten houses spread out across this small settlement – and everyone is friendly and there is a distinct village community atmosphere. A car would be needed to drive to local shops, schools, hospital, etc. Consisting of three floors (basement, ground floor and first floor), the property is light and spacious and would make an ideal family home all year round, or would be equally as perfect as a holiday home. The area benefits from virtually a nil crime rate, and properties are easily left empty for periods of time without consequence. The basement has several rooms making up its area with the additional feature of an antique bread oven – no longer in use. Heating and electrical equipment are run from the basement. Leading off from the ground floor hallway is to be found the kitchen (large enough to house a family size table and chairs), lounge with working open fireplace plus additional reception room that could be used as a dining room or 4th bedroom. A shower-room is also found on this level. The first floor has a large landing area with three large bedrooms leading off, one of which has been converted into a small kitchenette with small stove, sink etc. The property is partly furnished at the present time with kitchen table and chairs, lounge settee/sofabed and display cabinets, large cabin bed in one of the bedrooms, and one or two small items of bedroom furniture. Cooker, small washing machine, large fridge-freezer are included in the price. Clean and ready for occupation, the property would benefit from internal decoration although this is not necessary and does not detract from the comfortable but spacious living environment of the property and surrounding areas. PRICED AT A VERY REALISTIC PRICE TO ENCOURAGE A QUICK SALE BY ITS ENGLISH OWNERS – GENUINE REASON FOR SALE. Be assured, purchasing Swedish property is easy and safe – the Contract for Sale will be produced in Swedish but has an English translation for ease.
