Project Description:  The Grand Caymanian Resort in the Cayman Islands, the first and only resort to grace the shores of Grand Cayman's majestic North Sound Lagoon, is one of the Caribbean’s premier Vacation Ownership Clubs in the Caribbean.

Length of Stay: ¼ share- 3 months.  If you would like to participate in the condo hotel rental program, you may use your unit for one week during high season and two weeks during low season, and the remainder of the time, your unit may be placed in the rental program.  Stated another way, you have two choices: use your unit for 3 months or use it for 3 weeks and then collect rental revenue the rest of the time. 

The prices vary depending on the location of the unit. Your usage includes either one week high season and two weeks low season or one month high season and two months low season, depending on which rental program you choose.

Unit Features: Each condominium is fully furnished and turn key ready.  All units are spacious and elegantly appointed. They have sliding glass doors to private balconies with exquisite views of the gardens, ocean, golf course or pool. 

They have 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Both bedrooms have a comfortable king size bed with pillow top mattresses, Hunter ceiling fans, TVs.  The guest bedroom also has a leather pullout sleeper sofa and kitchenette. 

Bathrooms have polished granite counter tops with dual sinks, whirlpool tubs & showers with top of the line fixtures.  Each unit has a washer/dryer.

The full kitchen features granite counter tops, dishware, glassware, silverware, cookware and utensils all of the best quality.  The dining room table seats six comfortably.  The living room has deep leather sofas that also pull out when needed for additional guests.  The armoire contains the entertainment center with cable te*ion, DVD, stereo & CD player. 

Location:  The Grand Caymanian is located in Safe Haven at Crystal Harbour.  It sits on the water’s edge of North Sound with 900 ft of prime beachfront, adjacent to and bordering signature holes #11 and #12 of the famous North Sound Golf Course.   Approximately 15 minutes from a major airport, shopping and dining.   By air, the Grand Caymans are three hours from NYC and Boston; only 1.5 hours to FL.

Nearby Attractions:  7 mile beach; one of the best beaches in the Caribbean. Access to world-class big game fishing, swimming, beach touring, sailing, surfing, diving, wind surfing and other water sports, horseback riding, golf, tennis, shopping, dining.  Day tours of the island, tours to Sting Ray City.  The famous La Perla spa is located 10 minutes away at the Ritz Carlton, the Westin also has a spa 10 minutes away, and both spas are open to the public.  

In the fall, The Grand Caymans have the Pirates week festival and the Jazz festival. In the spring, it has Carnival week (end of April beginning of May).
