Hi, am selling my house because my partner has just proposed and we are selling both our houses so we can buy one large house where we can have a family. The house would suit a single lady or man or a couple with or or without young children. It is located at the end of a cul de sac road which only has 25 houses on the road. It is quiet and people are friendly but tend to just mind their own business really. There are two rooms downstairs and two bedrooms with a first floor bathroom. I must mention that the reason i moved here in the first place is because it so close to EVERYWHERE! Birmingham City centre is a straight run from my house and there are bus stops on the main A45 going there one way and buses going to Birmingham International Airport (10 minutes) and Coventry the other way.
