Wonderful old "Casale" completely restored widh a fantastic view over the hills in Marche. it is 8 Kms from the beach in Senigallia. At the groundfloor there is a room, the kitchen and the living room, bathroom and the garage and other closed space. At the first floor there are 3 bed rooms, kitchen and bathroom and a large mansarda. All around the house there is a very large garden with a new system for water. the house has a "portico". The location of the house is very nice.
Senigallia or Sinigaglia is a comune and port town on Italy's Adriatic coast, 25 km by rail north of Ancona, in the Marche region, province of Ancona. The small port is formed by the lower reaches of the Misa, a stream which flows through the town between embankments constructed of Istrian marble.
Senigallia's fascination and fame are due to its sea and its blond and boundless beach: this is the reason why it is known as the "velvet beach".
