The Ngunguru sandspit is remote and great for those relaxing walks. It is also 20 minutes to popular Matapouri and Sandy Bay beaches. The coast is famous for its fishing and diving, with the frigate Waikato a popular dive spot being only 10 minutes by boat from where the property is located. It is close to estuary, mooring area and boat ramp. A five minute leisurely walk to beach, sports facilities (golf, tennis, bowls), shops and primary school. |
