The property sits on 1 ¼ acres of land. The land immediately in proximity of the property are lawns with a variety of tree and plant life. Running along the back of the property is a number of tall laylandi trees (fir trees). Gated driveway to be completed – double gates in place, currently dirt driveway. Lawns leading into small forest with innumerable fruit trees and separate drive. The forest has had ‘natural’ pathways cut through.
Also another parcel of land sits slightly further along the road again containing a small forest with more fruit trees.
The house was bought as a development project and is very near completion. The main body of the house has working electric, water and gas (from bottles). As part of the redevelopment some electrics need to be finished and some basic decorating (skimming).
The house currently utilises a holding tank for sewerage, which can be emptied by local farmers. We have owed this property for 5 years, spending most of our free time here and have never had to have the tank emptied.
