“Vitosha Palace” is a building with unusually modern and interesting architecture aiming to achieve the best exposure of the apartments and maximum south facing to Vitosha, east to the town and west to Liulin Mountain.
The building is designed according to the modern trends in achieving maximum domesticity, functionality and uniqueness of the apartments. “Vitosha Palace” is built in two bodies and each body has three entrances. It allows the good exposure and the sunlight to be used.
“Vitosha Palace” is a closed-type complex, which means that the access of the outsiders is only through controlled and secured entrance. The inhabitants of the complex use their own magnetic cards and keys and the guests and visitors will be allowed in through individual Intercom system. Our wish is to avoid unauthorized entering and all kind of potential threats and disturbing the inhabitants.
