A spacious home and beautiful hide-a-way is waiting for you with this property on top of this hill. I built this as the last house I would ever own, unfortunately
fate had other ideas. Built to withstand wind and fire with a
Metal roof and cement board sided truss sitting on a 10" Wall of solid
concrete with 4' squared rebar and additional 2" styro-board
inside wall .
No carpet and Built in air filter keeps the house clean and
allergy free. Ceiling fans in all the Bed Rooms and Living Room.
Upstairs...Ceramic and Marble Master bath, Laminate in Master BR,
Hall office and 2nd BR. Manufactured wood on Mid-level in LR/DR

wood deck on one side and 4x32 sidewalk on other side where I
planned carport. Attic has been sealed with 6+ inches of
expanding foam insulation. (Side-by-side fridge, Micro, gas stove,
Front load washer/gas dryer )
RV pads have full hook-ups no cable. Circle drive for easy parking,
(cable is run out to the 1st pad & sitting) Quonset is 45'x76'
18gauge Galvalume with spray foam insulation, Lights, plugs,
wood burner not yet installed / have double wall pipe for hookup,
plumbing in floor for 1 bath, septic next to bldg. (no drain field
yet). 14x14 roll-up w/opener and 40" walk-in metal door.
Next to Quonset approx. 14x16 insulated shed for flammables.
I have both Well and County water supply
Small pond on top, about 50ft and small spring fed stream below in
perfect place to make large pond. (I had planned. to block revene
and create large pond) No fence but some old barb wire around the
original 92 acres purchased. Back 40 acres have over 20 years of back
taxes paid and filed Quit claim deed. Only needs survey to complete.
There was 27 rolls (not bales) of hay just cut off the property.
Flat or farmable area compared to rolling and hilly (my guess)
is 70/60. My wife disagrees and says it's more like 90/40.
I would prefer you look and judge for yourself.
Have Old Apple 7, Mulberry 1, & walnut 1 ...trees, and Wild Blackberries.
Planted last year- Apple, peach, cherry trees, Strawberry patch, Grape vine,
and Rasberries.

Quiet rural part of the Bible belt, very Loveable.
Near Historic Landmarks.
School bus is at the end of our drive where the driver lives accross
the street. It goes to Mt. Vernon 15 minutes away. Small convience
store in Livingston. Mt Vernon has everything without the Mega-store.
(Mom & Pop style) 20 min. south of Livingston is London with the Mega-
stores..... Lowes....Wal-Mart. 10 min north of Mt Vernon is Berea
(College town) and Richmond another 5 min. north of that. ALSO....
next to Mt Vernon is Renfro Valley (C&W Entertainment).
1hour from downtown Lexington, 2 hours from Knoxville.
30 min. to Berea. 40 to Richmond
15 min. to Renfro, 20 min. to London, 30 to Corbin |
