This is a small bungalow situated between two of the nicest houses in Punta Sal, the best beach in Peru (some say South America). The bungalow was built about 20 years ago as a vacation house for Petro Peru management, and has had two private owners in the last 15 years. The house is absolute beachfront, with the continual sound, smell, and feel of the surf. The house is not fancy, but functions well. The site is large enough for a 2-storey house to be built in the future if that is what one has in mind.
I have owned it for 5 years, but decided to sell when I purchased another home in Perth, Australia. Three houses is too much!
For a getaway at a reasonable price this just cannot be beat.
