It's a beautiful building near the football stadium. (You can see the lights from the stadium from the pictures). It is at 60 Km from Wien. The building is used as a restaurant because of it's great location, but it can be used as a usual house, as an office, motel, gamble place, or any bussines. The restaurant it's completely equipped. It has 100 seats interior and 150 seats exterior on 3 terraces. The bar from the semi-basement has approximative 70 seats.
