The Club La Costa takes place on the bank of River Danube, on a 4496 m2 park. There are 18 flats in 4 buildings, one and all south sitting. The most economical method of the extraction of the terra heat is the ground searcher heat pump process: during the building two fountains are burred. The water is pumped out of one of them, cooled by a heat pump (distracting some part of the heat) and transformatted to an appropriate degree, heating the flats with it. The 5 degree water gets back into the ground, where it is heated quickly by the terra heat. The process turns round in summer, ensuring the cooling of the flats.
The costs of the system are low, and you can enjoy the preferable degree in your flat, that you do not have to think of the heating and cooling prices.
