The house is big enough for part of it to be rented, part of it lived in. If you wanted to buy and renovate a property nearby, you could live here until you could move in renting from me.

The house is for sale and / or rent. Too big for me now on my own.

If you are coming to work in Norway and need to rent somewhere to store gear and live in between contracts etc., express buses to / from Bergen, Trondheim , Oslo etc stop 50m from the house.

It MAY make sense for you to rent your house out, work a year outside of the UK (tax free ...... Norway's NOT in the EU) and go back when your house is worth selling and people can get mortgages again.

Sell your house and sit offshore of the UK doing online share dealings with the proceeds of your house sale! :-)

The house has been used as a guesthouse but the income from that wouldn't keep you in luxury. I earn far more doing other things than I ever earned from the guesthouse income.

Red squirrels have become regular vistors as have a treecreeper, some nuthatches etc.. Bullfinches, various eagles, hawks and falcons are often around, woodpeckers, owls, flycatcher, bats, small pearl bordered fritilleries in the field, lots of wild flowers, never sprayed or fertilised (except with compost etc.).
