Salomon fishing in summer and skiing in winter

I am willing to sell my house with a wiev over the famous salomon river Namsen i Norway. This is in the middle of norway and the nearest big city is Trondheim. The nearest airport is 25km's away. In summertime there is sea and salomon fishing and in wintertime you can go skiing from oktober/novemeber till may..
Both in summer and wintertimer there is hunting season.

The house is built in a hill with a beautifuel view over a valley and the nearby centrum. I can send more pictures of the local activities, the nature and whatever else you would like to see.
