• All door-windows will be double-glazed, plastic profiles with steel reinforcement, total acoustic isolation throughout. The base for the window will be in marble
• All floors will be tiled with imported Italian or Greek tiles
• Bathroom walls will be (up to 2 meters) tiled
• All bathrooms furnished with shower plate, WC, and lavatory
• External security door
• Inner wood style doors
• Hot water boiler
