a granit built stone barn which has been a cottage in years gone by. the roof needs full replacement and needs full renovation of the property. no planning permission exists but we have had the planners on site who stated that there should be no planning problem as long as the development is within the building regulations etc
the proposale was for a single story two bedroomed cottage
it is approx 40` x 20 ` externally with the rear garden area being 50 x 20 and the front vehicle parking area sufficient for two cars.
mains water and electricity is connected to the adjacent properties so connection shouldnt be a problem. drainage would be to a septic tank which would be housed in the barns garden area
