Property 1: House
The site is big 11000m2 with approx. 150m shore line. The site has 1948 built, three storeys high house which has kitchen, living room, 4 bedrooms, sauna, utility/cellar. One floor is roughly 200m2. Overhauled 1983. The house is located on the hill, so it has a nice view all around. It has a large garden and a field where you can grow strawberries or what ever you like, the garden has also lot of apple trees and lot of forest around the house. On the site there is also big 130m2 carage and 130m2 warehouse. In the shore there is also a beach house, where you can park your yacht inside. The site has totally 4 buildings.
The house is old and needs some basic repairs but it is habitable at the moment. Also other buildings has seen better days and needs some maintanance. I am also interested selling the house as it is, including all furniture, garden tools & machinery, Mercedes Vito van and some spare woods.
Property 2: Island
The island is 27000m2, so it is huge. The island has also smaller islands, which are thrill for example children to investigate and have an adventure. The site has 300m2 building permission and currently holds 25m2 log cabin and 18m2 sauna building. The island has forest, rocks and clear water, so it is ideal for spending your holidays. Lot of fish and you can do also scuba diving. Drink vodka, take some sauna and jump into the ocean after that, it is a traditional Finnish style of spending holidays and you can do that also while on the island.
The island doesn't have electricity or running water, so it is a little bit robinson crusoe feeling. The forest is protected by law and unspoiled, so it is absolutely a beautiful location. Both buildings need some repairs. The buildings are built 1971 and 1973. And same story here also, I want to leave the furniture on site.
This is once in a lifetime chance to buy two properties at the same time, both are extremely rare in Finland. Both has sea access, big sites and lot of possibilities to do anything you want.

| Area description House
Second last house in the cape, facing south, top of the hill. Area has lot of forests and privacy. Elementary school, libary, grocery stores etc are located roughly 5km from the house, so the services are quite close. Neighbours are far away and traffic is none. So this is a perfect place to relax and enjoy your privacy.
Area description Island
Island is located between larger proximate islands, so it is protected from wind and high waves. It is 16km from closest grocery store. Closest neighbour island is 300m away. Very quiet and peaceful place. |
