The apartment is placed in walking distance from the center af Bad Gastein (10 min). The distance to the lift system is 25 min when walking, but we always take the car to the list system (5 min). Ski bus is avaible 200 meter from the apartment.

The monthly cost are 160 EUR. There are 24 apartments in the building. 2 of them are rented out, and the rest is owned. So together with the apartment you also buy a part of the 2 apartments. The income from these goes to improvements. There is a "house frau" who look after the building, it is also possible to make a private agreement with here about cleaning/looking after the apartment.
